It's a nice idea, but everyone's glommed onto it and now webpages from here to Tanzania all start with "Avast, me hearties," which, along with "landlubbers" and "scurvy dogs" seems to encompass all of most people's pirate vocabulary. 6 words does not an international holiday make, I'm sorry.
